Enhanced Teaching Skills : Capacity building provides teachers with the necessary tools, techniques, and knowledge to deliver quality education and adapt to diverse learning needs.
Classroom Management : It helps teachers develop strategies for managing classrooms, handling behavioral issues, and creating a conducive learning environment.
Through the above ways Dr.Geetha Challa since March 2015, visited 100 of schools and colleges to conduct numerous workshops, counseling sessions and trainings for teachers.
Psychological counselors trained by Manojagrithi helped create
mental health awareness to many students from 8th grade to post graduation Manojagrithi will always be there for students, teachers and parents
