- Module 1-Self-Awareness and Self-Transformation
- Module 2-Basic Counseling Skills and Stages, Process of counseling, Psychological first-Aid Techniques, Activities for Rapport building
- Module 3-Therapy based Interventions for 30 General Mental Health Issues, Screening and Assessment Tools, MSE (mental state examination)
- Psychopathology (DSM-V), insight on abnormal psychology, different disorders,Ethics in Psychology
- Module 5 -Orientation Orientation and brief introduction to Therapies (CBT, Client Centered Therapy, REBT, Creative Movement Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Relaxation, Psychoanalysis, Behaviour Therapy)
